Daily Drill Challenge 4. Sorry there was no drill yesterday. It gave you guys time to catch up on 1,2 & 3. Here is today's fitness drill. Try it indoors or outside in the garden on this beautiful day.
Day 3 Challenge
FH & BH Volley drill against a wall (click on the video)
1. 25 bounces and catch on forehand side.
2. 25 bounces and catch on backhand side.
3. Alternate 50 FH and BH catches (25 each side) to work on footwork and ready position.
4. 25 FH warm up volleys close to wall.
5. 25 FH volleys from further back incorporating the step and block.
6. 25 BH warm up volleys close to wall.
7. 25 BH volleys from further back incorporating the step and block.
Alternate 50 FH and BH volleys (25 each side) working on footwork and recovery.
